A standard delivery charge anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is applied to all orders of wine and beer packaging, glassware and wine accessories. www.wineandbeerpackaging.ie offers a nationwide delivery. Deliveries are generally made within 10 working days from the date the order is placed. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, orders may take longer than 10 working days to fulfil. If this is the case, we will notify you of the delay by telephone.
When you place an order, you will receive an initial e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order. Our team will start to assemble your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been picked you will receive a second e-mail confirming that it is ready to be dispatched along with a DPD Delivers delivery number for tracking it.
Orders awaiting dispatch are collected by DPD Delivers and are typically delivered on the next working day, for most addresses in Ireland.
wineandbeerpackaging.ie will deliver your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible, anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
We have partnered with DPD Delivers for deliveries. If you don’t indicate a specific “delivery instruction” in the check-out process, DPD Delivers will deliver during normal working hours. If no-one is available at the time of delivery to accept the order, DPD Delivers will contact you to arrange the next delivery time (thanks to your telephone number left on our website).
Cancellation and returns policy
You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Orders cancelled post- dispatch will incur a delivery charge. Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt to check for damaged or missing products. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier's documentation. In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, www.wineandbeerpackaging.ie offers the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods can be returned by Registered Post (contact us first by phone). In case of damaged products, we ask you to send us back the products before we can arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, in those circumstances, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Failure to notify us of damaged or missing products within seven days of receiving the order may negate your right to free return and refund.
